Human-data status is the single most useful filter for interpreting peptide claims. A peptide with human RCT data has been observed in people — not just in cell cultures or rodent models. A peptide with no human data has, by definition, an untested human safety and efficacy profile, regardless of how many in-vitro or animal papers are cited in its marketing. Approval status is a separate axis: a compound can have human trial data but no UK approval (e.g. Tesamorelin, PT-141), or be UK-approved (Tirzepatide).
