Most combinations on this site have no direct combination evidence — their rationale is inferred from monotherapy literature on the individual peptides. The exceptions are the BPC-157 + TB-500 family of stacks (multiple rodent tissue-repair studies) and the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin family (small human PK / GH-release studies of the pair). Every other stack is graded as inferred. This is the most useful matrix to read first if you want to understand how confident a given combination claim should make you.
